- Provide direct support and intervention for students with behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create positive behavior strategies.
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges in a school setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and intervention strategies.
