Soliant Health is looking for a skilled and committed Inpatient Pharmacist to join a dynamic hospital team for a 13-week assignment with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, this role is for you!

Position Overview

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for temp-to-hire
  
  

Key Responsibilities

As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will:

• Verify and review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including drug dosing recommendations.
• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, including IV admixtures.
• Monitor patient therapies to ensure optimal outcomes and prevent adverse effects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Pharm.D or B.S. Pharm. with equivalent relevant experience.
• Licensure: Active Delaware pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience: Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
