Position Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks, contract to hire
- Shift: 7-on/7-off, 9:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Verify and check dispensed medications and E-Kits
- Supervise and manage pharmacy technicians
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Support patient transitions from acute care to skilled nursing facilities
- Experience: At least 1 year in a long-term care (LTC) setting preferred or strong experience working with geriatric patients
- Retail pharmacists with strong dispensing experience encouraged to apply!
