We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Specialist to join our team in Trevose, PA . The ideal candidate will have direct experience in LTC pharmacy operations , specifically with the FrameworksLTC system . In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, extracting and importing data into Excel and third-party software , and providing support to our COO with various data-related tasks.
Job Title : Data Entry Pharmacy Technician Specialist
Location : Trevose, PA
Pay : $25 - $28 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
Data Entry & System Management :
Enter and manage pharmacy-related data within the FrameworksLTC system to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Extract and import data from the system into Excel and other third-party software solutions.
Collaboration with COO :
Work directly with the COO to fulfill data entry tasks, track progress, and meet operational goals.
Follow guidance from the COO for system use, data management, and task prioritization.
Reporting & Data Import :
Import data from FrameworksLTC into Excel , ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with creating and formatting reports, analyzing data, and performing any necessary follow-up actions.
Qualifications : Experience :
Proven experience in LTC pharmacy operations , with hands-on knowledge of the Softwriters Frameworks system.
Prior experience with data entry , data extraction , and report generation in a pharmacy setting.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) is mandatory.
Knowledge of 340B :
Knowledge of the 340B program is beneficial but not required.
Communication & Organization :
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
