Position Overview

• Location: Rural Nevada
• Facility: ~60-bed hospital (average daily census ~10 patients)
• Start Date: Within 2-3 weeks
• Duration: 13 weeks (potential for extension)
• Schedule: Monday Friday, day shifts
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Optimize pharmacy workflow for efficiency and patient safety
• Participate in hospital committees and collaborate on initiatives
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Active Nevada Pharmacist License
• 2 years of inpatient pharmacy director experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance
