Key Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and manage daily pharmacy operations.
Supervise pharmacy staff, including HR functions and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Oversee pharmacy budgeting, financial performance, and cost management.
Represent the pharmacy department in hospital meetings and corporate initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
