Florida Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Part-Time

Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required.

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Key West, FL, for a part-time position. The role requires providing speech and language therapy services to a mixed caseload of elementary students (grades K-5). The position is part-time, with a commitment of 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students in grades K-5.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services in a group or individual setting.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students speech and language development in the classroom.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings and work with parents and staff to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy services provided.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience working in schools is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
