Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager to track weekly sales, control inventories, and manage pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits
• Weighing, measuring, and mixing drugs and medical compounds, ensuring accurate quantities and compositions
• Providing advice to patients on self-medication, dispensing non-prescription medications, and maintaining open communication with healthcare and insurance professionals
• Administering patient immunizations on a regular basis
• In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, you may be required to schedule pharmacy associates, recognize and reward performance, address discipline, and assign tasks to optimize staff skills while meeting company objectives
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D
• Current Maryland Pharmacist License
• Maryland Immunization License (preferred)
