Requirements to Become a BCBA in Massachusetts
To qualify for this position in Massachusetts, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA.
- Massachusetts State License as a BCBA (or the ability to obtain one before starting).
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills to collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
