Key Responsibilities

• Order verification and medication management
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians
• Pharmacokinetics monitoring and adjustments
• Consulting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist License (Required)
• Hospital/Inpatient Pharmacy Experience (Required)
• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make evidence-based recommendations
