• Weekdays: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Accurate order verification to support safe and effective patient care
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain seamless workflow
• Performing pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Consulting with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapies
• Contributing to the efficient operation of a high-performing pharmacy team
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Active Oregon pharmacist license
• Prior experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred
• Full-time availability and flexibility to travel for this assignment
