- Experience with G-tube, seizure management, diabetic management, toileting required
- Provide direct patient care, including measuring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Perform wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures within the LVN scope of practice.
- Assist physicians and RNs with patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., EPIC).
