• Location: Hibbing, MN area
• Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM | Occasional Weekends
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate medication preparation and dispensing for long-term care patients
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and compliance within a specialty pharmacy setting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide immunizations and medication therapy management as needed
• Maintain clear documentation and regulatory compliance
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communicator with long-term care or specialty pharmacy experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a patient-first mindset
• Licensed Pharmacist or eligible to obtain MN license promptly
  
  

Job Requirements

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Active MN Pharmacist license (or willingness to obtain)
• Immunization Certification and valid CPR/BLS certification
• MTM Certification or experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care, clinical, or specialty pharmacy
