Position Highlights

- Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Register as the supervising pharmacist with the state board of pharmacy.
- Ensure pliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as pany policies.
- Oversee the entire pharmacy operation to achieve financial goals, including managing budgets, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory.
- Actively participate in munity and in-store business development activities.
- Lead and manage pharmacy support staff, including performance reviews and training.
- Provide guidance and accountability for pharmacy associates to ensure adherence to regulatory and pany standards.
- Deliver patient-centered services, including immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
- Counsel patients and healthcare providers on drug therapies, interactions, and side effects, ensuring optimal patient outes.
- Maintain and contribute to continuous quality improvement programs to enhance patient safety.
- Foster a clean, organized, and pliant work environment.
- Stay current with continuing education requirements as mandated by state law.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a valid Vermont Pharmacist License.
- Certified in immunizations (Required).
- fortable administering all vaccines (Required).
- Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager (Preferred).
