Full-Time SLPA Position Near Brenham, TX

Soliant is currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school district near Brenham, TX. This position is set to begin ASAP and will run through May 23, 2025. The selected candidate will work with an EC-4th grade caseload, providing valuable speech therapy support for younger students in an educational setting. The pay rate will be determined based on the candidates relevant experience in the school system.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy support to EC-4th grade students
• Implement therapy plans and assist with individualized treatment strategies
• Track and document student progress and provide regular reports
• Conduct speech screenings and assessments as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
• Manage student behavior and provide additional interventions as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience in a school setting, especially with an EC-4th grade caseload, is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to start ASAP and work through May 23, 2025
• Pay rate determined based on prior experience in a school environment
