Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Near Romeoville, IL

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary school caseload in a district near Romeoville, IL. This full-time position consists of 37.5 hours per week and runs from ASAP through May 28, 2025. The selected candidate will provide direct therapy services and collaborate with school staff to support student communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to enhance student communication skills
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Illinois
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with a speech endorsement
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs may be considered
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
