A school district in Shelby, NC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team. This full-time, onsite position provides a wonderful opportunity to work closely with students, helping them enhance their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with ASHA and school district standards.
  
  

Caseload Information

• Caseloads will be assigned based on experience and preferences.
• Students range from preschool to high school.
• All caseloads adhere to ASHA guidelines to ensure ethical service delivery.

Qualifications
