As a Healthcare Recruiter, within our Houston division, you will develop relationships with pharmacy professionals and hospitals nationwide. You will be mentored to develop top-notch skills to source, vet candidates, qualify competencies, refine a marketing strategy, and deliver hiring solutions.
As a Healthcare Recruiter/Inside Sales, you will gain knowledge to:
- Independently manage the recruitment and hiring of skilled and sought-after pharmacy professionals while simultaneously providing solutions to staffing shortages.
- Competitively negotiate agreements and wages between hospital decision-makers and candidates.
- Market strategically to access new job opportunities within healthcare entities.
- Maintain professional relationships with traveling employees and hiring managers.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex situations.
- Effectively write job advertisements and professional emails.
Job Requirements:
- This position is ideal for those motivated by sales incentives and who have a strong desire to help others.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of business, retail management, or sales experience or a recent business, communication, or psychology-related degree.
- Enthusiastic, team-orientated, and self-motivated.
- High proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as the ability to think creatively.
- Willingness to make a high volume of calls daily and develop an expansive network.
