Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and OR staff in cardiovascular procedures , including open-heart surgeries.
- Maintain sterile techniques and prepare instruments and equipment for procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and care of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with anesthesia teams, RNs, and surgical staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols .
- Maintain detailed surgical documentation and follow hospital pliance standards.
