• Conducting initial candidate screening and assessments
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling and coordination
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in an educational setting
