Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to address communication disorders.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a collaborative approach to student care.
- Monitor and document students' progress regularly, making adjustments to therapy strategies as needed.

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist inWashington.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
