Job Overview:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team near Howard City, MI, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role offers a supportive work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Caseload Management: Provide social work services to 40 students, primarily in Early Childhood and Kindergarten.
- Travel: Drive between multiple school buildings, with paid drive time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with both general education and special education social workers. Participate in bi-monthly meetings for ongoing support and collaboration.
- Office Hours: Utilize dedicated office hours for staff, ensuring personalized attention and support when needed.
- Team Environment: Join a very supportive team that prioritizes collaboration and individualized care.
- Licensure: Will accept LCSW, LSW, LMSW. We can assist with obtaining a temporary license for School Social Work if needed.
- Experience: Experience in a school setting, particularly with young children, is highly preferred.
