Our small 80-bed hospital in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As a full-time traveler, you will work on day shift and be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
Responsibilities
As a traveler, you will receive housing and meal allowances to help offset the cost of living during your 13-week assignment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a small hospital setting and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct dosage and form are administered.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized medication therapy plans.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and make appropriate adjustments to their medication regimen.
- Provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to medication use.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Wisconsin pharmacist license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug therapy, and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
