Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join a dynamic and fast-paced hospital pharmacy team in San Francisco. In this role, you will provide critical pharmaceutical care in a large hospital setting, contributing to the well-being of a diverse patient population.
Position : Hospital Pharmacist
Location : Near Oakland, CA
Schedule : Variable days / afternoons, 8-hour shifts
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : Ongoing (Full-time or close to full-time coverage needed for at least the next 3-4 months)
Responsibilities :
- Accurately dispense and manage medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for efficient medication management.
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide medication therapy management and patient education.
