Key Responsibilities :
Perform order verification and medication review
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic medication monitoring
Consult with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient care
Ideal Candidate :
Active California Pharmacist license
Inpatient hospital experience required
Strong clinical expertise and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
