Hospital Pharmacist - Travel Contract in Nebraska

Minimum 1 years pharmacy experience required.

Soliant Health is a leading healthcare staffing provider is seeking an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a travel opportunity in Nebraska. Must have full-time availability and be able to start asap.

Position: Inpatient Staff Pharmacist

Duration:13 Week

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide drug information and consult with healthcare providers on medication therapy.
• Monitor patient profiles to prevent drug interactions and adverse effects.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy support staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active NebraskaPharmacist license
• Current or recent inpatient/hospital experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and medication therapy management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
