Soliant is actively seeking a Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Massachusetts. This role involves working in an Elementary Resource Classroom , providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Position Details :
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Caseload : Elementary students in a resource classroom setting
Duties :
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion practices
Provide small-group and 1 : 1 instruction as needed
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Maintain regular communication with parents and school staff
Position End Date : May 1, 2025
Qualifications :
Must hold or be eligible for a Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License
Previous experience in a resource classroom or elementary setting is preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
