Shift Options:
- Day/Early Evening Shifts:
- 6:30 AM7:00 PM
- Occasional overnight shifts as needed (6:30 PM7:00 AM)
- 4x10-hour shifts per week
- Overnight Shifts:
- 6:30 PM7:00 AM
- 7-on/7-off schedule
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy (required)
- Licensing:
- Active Texas RPh certification (required)
- 40 hours of ACPE-accredited sterile pounding training (required)
- Experience:
- 2 years in a hospital pharmacist role (preferred)
- Strong inpatient experience, including IV dose preparation (required)
- Technology: Proficiency in EPIC EMR (required)
