Join Our Team as a School Physical TherapistSoliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join a school district near Brentwood, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Build and manage your own schedule for individual and group physical therapy services
- Conduct consultations as needed
- Perform re-evaluations and input AR goals, remendations, and data points
- Enter Medicaid session notes into ClearTrack
- Distribute assistive technology and assist with RX acquisition through parent and teacher contact
- Travel between schools within the district as needed
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong munication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations
- Proficiency in documenting and reporting in ClearTrack or similar systems
- Start Date: 9/3/2024
- End Date: 6/25/2025
- Hours per week: 35
- Days per week: 5
- Average caseload: 65 students
- Age range of students: K-12
