Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel position in Hamilton, NY. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while performing diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures using radioactive materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures.
• Operate PET, SPECT, and gamma cameras to capture detailed images for diagnosis.
• Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed for patient and staff protection.
• Monitor patient vitals and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  
  

Qualifications

• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nuclear medicine experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong understanding of radiopharmaceuticals and imaging techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
