Position Overview

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to elementary students with various needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional and developmental needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving students fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Track and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Work within a team to create a positive and effective learning environment for all students
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state certification
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other school professionals
