Lancaster, SC: School Speech-Language Pathologist

Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant is working with a moderately sized education community in Lancaster, SC, and is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.

Requirements

• South Carolina SLP license
• SLP certification through the South Carolina Department of Education (contractors with a pending application are accepted as well)
• 1 year of Speech Therapy experience in school settings preferred
  
  

Pay And Benefits

• Hourly W2 pay of $40 to $52/hr, dependent on experience

Description of Duties:

• Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
• Present evaluation results and propose IEP (Individual Education Plan) goals at IEP meetings
• Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
• Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
• Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
