Job Description: Caseload/Details primarily with middle school student. Student is cognitively low functioning, g -tube with feeding pan and also would require toileting. There is a district nurse that will delegate medical services. The LPN will also help out with the classroom as well and support the sped teacher, this is a moderate sped classroom.

Qualifications
