Shift/Qualification Requirements
As a radiation therapist, candidates work under an oncologist and Physicist as part of a medical team to prepare patients and administer radiation treatments for cancer and some other conditions. They take precise measurements of patients for treatment and may fit them with specialized equipment to be used during sessions.
During treatment, they will monitor the patient's responses, including side effects, and may adjust the schedule or doses of radiation accordingly. They may work at a hospital or at a freestanding cancer treatment center.

- Shift: Day Shift, 40 hours/wk. Shifts5x8's schedule. Start time varies from 7:30am-8:00am. No weekends or holidays.
- Travel Assignment.
- Contract Length: 13weeks!
- Required Certificates: ARRT, BLS required (AHA).
- ActiveIALicense/Certification. License is required at the time of submission.
- 2 Years of experience required.
- Must have experience with Varian and Elekta equipments.
