We are currently seeking aPharmacy Technicianto join a specialty pharmacy in the Southeast Nashville suburbs. This is a 13-week contract position, with the potential for contract-to-hire.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Southeast Nashville Suburbs, TN

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential for Contract-to-Hire)

Shift: Night Shifts, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Training on mid-shifts for the first week)

Start Date: ASAP

About The Pharmacy

• A mail order renal specialty pharmacy handling a high volume of prescriptions.
• The pharmacy processes approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day.
• The pharmacy order entry system is Wellsky, with no automation in place.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a customer service capacity to support pharmacy operations.
• Verify shipping information and enter new patient details into the system.
• Update patient profile information accurately in the pharmacy software.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
