Position Details

• Location: ThedaCare Appleton Appleton, WI
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 3x12s, Weekend Nights (Every Weekend)
• Shift Start Time: 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week (except during orientation week)
• Float Requirements: Throughout the facility & to ThedaCare locations within a 60-mile radius
  
  

Requirements

• Licensure: WI RN License
• Certifications: AHA BLS
• Experience:
• 3 years of nursing experience REQUIRED
• 2 years of Med Surg experience REQUIRED
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
• Previous Travel Experience REQUIRED (At least one completed travel contract)
• Strong candidates: Hardworking, adaptable, social, and skilled in managing change
  
  

Unit & Patient Details

• Unit: Med Surg 5th Floor
• Primary Cases: GI, GI drips, Urology, PCAs, NGs, Vascular, Ortho
• Required Skillset: Surgical patient experience REQUIRED
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 1:6
• Scrub Color: Black
  
  

Additional Information

• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks
• No travelers from within 50 miles of Neenah, WI
• Holidays: As needed
• No On-Call/Call Back Requirements
