The ideal candidate will be New York State Certified and have a strong interest in or experience teaching Earth Science concepts. This position involves teaching middle school students in grades 7-8, fostering a stimulating classroom environment, and encouraging curiosity and scientific exploration.
As an Earth Science teacher, you will guide students through key topics such as geology, meteorology, oceanography, and environmental science, while helping them develop essential skills for inquiry-based learning. The ability to make science come to life through hands-on activities and real-world connections is a must.
