We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our team of travelers in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in this metropolitancommunity.

Job Title: MRI Technologist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Independently perform a variety of MRI examinations, including but not limited to: brain, spine, musculoskeletal, and abdominal scans.
• Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters to obtain optimal image quality.
• Prepare and administer contrast agents as directed by the radiologist, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, providing clear and concise instructions.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond appropriately to any emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (MR).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
