Position Overview:
Soliant Health is looking for an experienced MRI Tech to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Metairie, LA. This position offers a 5x8 schedule, with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI procedures, including brain, spine, and musculoskeletal scans, to help assist in patient diagnoses. Job Details:
- Location: Metairie, Louisiana (near New Orleans)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (5x8s)
- Total Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: Day shift (no weekends)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Tech
- ARRT (MRI) certification required (must be active)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Proficiency in performing a variety of MRI procedures, including brain, spine, and musculoskeletal scans
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient care
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
