We are seeking a dedicated and professional MRI Technologist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky . This is a full-time position offering a Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM schedule with NO call and NO weekends . As an MRI Technologist , you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. You will collaborate with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform MRI scans on patients in accordance with established protocols.
Ensure the highest quality of imaging while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
Maintain and operate MRI equipment, performing routine maintenance and quality checks.
Educate patients about MRI procedures and provide reassurance as needed.
Keep accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging results.
Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and provide excellent patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized MRI suite.
Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
Certification by the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in MRI (required).
Kentucky State License in Radiologic Technology.
1 years of experience as an MRI Technologist preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
