We areseeking a dedicated and passionate Title 1 Elementary Teacher to join our school district. This full-time position will support students in grades K-4, providing essential instruction to enhance their academic success and language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide targeted instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics to students in grades K-4.
Offer individualized and small group support to students who require additional academic assistance.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience.
Develop and implement instructional materials tailored to students' academic needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student growth and success.
Qualifications :
ESL or Bilingual Certification required.
Bilingual in Spanish / English is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in elementary education (K-4).
