Soliant is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school team near Duncan, SC. This full-time position is perfect for individuals passionate about working with students who require behavioral and academic support in a structured educational environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students with ASD, ADHD, and other learning differences
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and assist with sensory regulation and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and special education staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Assist students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
- Collect and track student progress data to adjust interventions as needed
- Encourage positive behaviors and communication strategies tailored to each students needs
- Active RBT certification through BACB (required)
- 12 years of ABA experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges and special needs
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators and school teams
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with students
