Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Support the SLP in conducting speech and language screenings.
- Track student progress and maintain thorough records.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student growth.
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide updates on therapy progress.
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Oregon SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in school-based settings (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
