Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hourly Rate: $65 - $85

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in VAsupporting K-5 students. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders while working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to create and review IEPs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and families on communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP and CCC-SLP certification (preferred).
• Experience working with AAC devices and K-12 students is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
