Occupational Therapist (OT) School-Based

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team. Position Overview:
- Hours: 35 hours per week (Full-Time, Monday to Friday)
- Setting: School-Based
- Guaranteed Hours: Consistent hours each week
- Excellent pay rates, mensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students in need of occupational therapy services
- Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, administrators, and other therapists, to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' functional and developmental needs
- Develop and modify treatment plans to enhance students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Document and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and municate regularly with parents and caregivers
- Ensure pliance with school policies, state regulations, and best practice guidelines
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state certification
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong munication and organizational skills
- Passionate about working with students to help them achieve their full potential
