Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic school team in Chicago, IL. This full-time, full school year role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment: Conduct evaluations to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
• Intervention: Develop and implement customized therapy plans to support students' functional goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive environment for students.
• Therapy: Provide direct therapy services and track progress to ensure goals are being met.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
• IEP Participation: Contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and attend related meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students and professionals.
