Position Overview:
In this role, you will work directly with students to help improve motor, sensory, and functional skills that support academic success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to make a meaningful difference in student lives.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions
- Provide direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
- Document progress and ensure pliance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California OT license
- Experience working in school settings or pediatrics is preferred
