Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to support students academic and functional skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create effective therapy plans that address sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and measure progress.
- Provide direct therapy services and document all sessions and progress accurately.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations.
- OT: Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana OT license.
- COTA: Associates or Bachelor'sdegree in Occupational Therapyand Indiana COTA license.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
