This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to ensure prehensive and effective therapy outes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions.
- Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and prehensive records for each client.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
