We are currently hiring School Psychologists to join our team. We have 3 positions available for full-time roles working onsite with elementary students. Each psychologist will have a caseload of 20-40 students and will provide a range of psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and consultation, to support the emotional and academic development of students. Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Active state licensure as a School Psychologist in Connecticut.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in a school setting, is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct psychological assessments for students in elementary grades.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students mental health and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and accommodations.
- Assist in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and help develop behavioral plans for students.
- Offer consultation and training to school staff regarding student mental health, behavior management, and academic support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for assessments, counseling sessions, and student progress.
